Magnetic Dots for Depression #2

Now that holistic health care givers are working more with magnetic therapy for patients who are
experiencing symptoms of common depression, more research is being done to document the value of this treatment for this ailment
that affects more than two-thirds of the population.
Alternative health care researchers are reporting
very good results form using Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (RTMS), which targets the specific area of the brain
that shows signs of energy disturbance.
In some cases, depressed patients receive magnetic stimulation
to the left prefrontal cortex of the brain.
Before the discovery of the effectiveness of magnetic
therapy in treating depression, electro convulsive therapy (ECT) was used, but there where many side effects to this form
of treatment, which are absent from RTMS.
Use the illustration as a placement guide for using magnetic
dot therapy as an alternative health treatment for the general symptoms of common depression: For emotional and glandular
imbalances, place magnetic dots on Point F, directly between the eyebrows in the indentation where the bridge of
the nose meets the center of the forehead.
For breathing difficulties, anxiety, chest congestion
and general muscle tension, place your magnetic dots on Point G, in the indentation between the first rib and the
lower border of the collarbone, just outside the upper breastbone.
For emotional release of
repressed emotions, grief, shallow breathing and chest tension, place magnetic dots on Point H, on the outer part
of the upper chest, four finger widths up from the armpit crease and one finger width inward.
To
relieve nervousness, chest congestion, grief, depression, hysteria, and other emotional imbalances, place
the magnetic dots on the center of the breastbone three thumb widths up from the base of the bone.
As
with any medical treatment, consult your physician before beginning magnetic therapy.
